8 components of physical fitness

components of fitness

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, where so many fitness is the ability to meet the demands of physical tasks.

Basic fitness can be divided into four main parts: strength, speed, endurance and flexibility. However, scientists have identified nine years components, including the definition of fitness

1st Muscular Strength
- how can affect muscle strength by contracting against resistance (eg holding or intended to limit or person)
2nd Power
- the capability to apply maximum muscular-contraction at once in an explosive movement. The 2 components of power are speed and strength.
(Eg jumping or a sprint start)
3rd Agility
- the capability to do a series of explosive power-movements in swift succession in opposing directions.
(eg cutting movements or ZigZag running)
4th Balance
- the capability to manage body position, either fixed position
(eg handstand while moving (eg a piece of gymnastics)
5th Flexibility
- the ability to achieve a wide range of motion without being impeded by excess tissue, ie fat and muscle (for example, split leg training,)
6th The local muscular endurance
- the ability of a muscle to do continuous work
(eg cycling or rowing)
7th Cardiovascular-Endurance
- the ability to provide core blood to working-muscles and the ability to use blood working muscle
(eg running long-distances)
8th Strength endurance
- the ability of a muscle to perform a maximum contraction from time to time (eg continuous explosive rebounding around the game of basketball)
The coordination, the ability to integrate it to get an effective movement.

Of all the nine elements of quality of fitness cardiac respiratory tract are the most important development that the strengthening of all other components of the equation for air conditioning.
